Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of architectural planning along with a sound understanding of structural, civil, and electrical drawings. Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural designs, plans, and working drawings for residential and commercial projects.Interpret and incorporate structural, civil, and electrical plans into comprehensive architectural layouts.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure on-ground implementation aligns with design intent.Create and present 2D layouts and 3D models/renders using design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
Ensure design compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and client specifications.Conduct site visits for measurement, coordination, and project monitoring when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.1–3 years of relevant work experience in architectural design and planning.Strong understanding of structural and civil engineering principles, and electrical layouts.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software like Lumion, V-Ray, or equivalent.
Good knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and current industry trends.Excellent visualization, communication, and team collaboration skills.Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
