Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable government and private tenders through online portals and offline channels.

• Study tender documents, technical specifications, commercial terms, and eligibility criteria.

• Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, operations) to collect required documents and data.

• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents (technical bid & financial bid) within deadlines.

• Maintain an updated database of submitted tenders, follow-ups, and tender status.

• Manage vendor registrations and renewals on government e-procurement portals.

• Communicate with clients, government departments, and agencies for clarifications related to tenders.

• Prepare costing, quotations, BOQ analysis, and price comparison sheets.

• Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.

• Track tender results, win-loss analysis, and prepare reports for management.

• Maintain confidential records and ensure secure handling of tender documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field preferred).

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tender documentation and e-procurement processes.

• Strong knowledge of GeM, e-procurement portals, and government tender sites.

• Good understanding of technical and commercial tender terms.

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
