🏆 Training Structure & Stipend

Our program runs for 2 years and is divided into three stages for step-by-step learning and fair compensation:

🔵 Stage 1: Probation Period (Months 1 – 3)

Purpose: A trial and learning phase for both you and us.

What Happens:

• Learn basics of accounting, GST, TDS, and Tally

• Introduction to AI tools and automation workflows

• We assess your learning speed, attitude, and commitment

Stipend: No stipend is paid during this stage

Outcome: If you successfully complete probation and meet performance expectations, you move to Stage 2.
(If not a fit, the program ends here with no financial loss for you.)

🟢 Stage 2: Learning with Stipend (Months 4 – 12)

Purpose: Gain hands-on experience with real client work under supervision.

What Happens:

• Day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS return filing, bank/vendor reconciliations

• Practical use of automation tools to simplify bulk work

• Small independent tasks to build confidence

Stipend: ₹3,000/month + performance-based incentives

Outcome: By the end of this stage, you should be able to handle most accounting tasks independently.

🟠 Stage 3: Advanced Training (Months 13 – 24)

Purpose: Become a complete, job-ready accounting professional.

What Happens:

• Finalization of accounts, income tax computation, GST annual returns

• Multi-industry exposure & complex reconciliations

• Use of AI automation for reporting and error detection

• Opportunities for client communication and audit preparation

Stipend: ₹6,000/month + performance-based incentives

Outcome: You will be fully capable of managing accounts, taxation, and automation tasks professionally.

After successfully completing all three stages, you will receive a Certificate of Completion — proof of your skills, practical experience, and AI-readiness.
