Key Responsibilities:
✅ Tally Support & Data Entry: Assist clients with basic Tally-related queries and maintain records.
✅ Sales & Customer Coordination: Respond to client inquiries, follow up on leads, and assist in product demonstrations.
✅ License Management: Maintain records of Tally licenses, renewals, and subscription activations.
✅ Back Office Operations: Maintain Excel reports and assist the sales & support team.
✅ Follow-ups & Reporting: Regularly follow up with customers regarding payments, renewals, and software updates.
✅ Coordination with Tally Team: Liaise with Tally Solutions for issue resolution and updates.
Required Skills:
🔹 Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
🔹 Good communication & client-handling skills
🔹 MS Office (Excel, Word) proficiency
🔹 Organizational and multitasking abilities
