Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime

• Teach topics such as basic accounting, inventory management, GST, TDS, payroll, and finalization of accounts

• Design and prepare course materials, presentations, and assessments

• Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and feedback

• Keep track of training schedules and ensure timely syllabus completion

• Guide students for certifications and job readiness

• Stay updated with the latest changes in Tally software and accounting standards

• Assist in curriculum development and training improvements

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce or related field (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred)

• Certification or hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Tally trainer or in an accounting role using Tally

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GST

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Internet, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in teaching or training domain

• Exposure to real-time
