Daily Operations Management

• Oversee smooth functioning of the petrol pump.

• Ensure timely opening and closing of the station.

Staff Supervision

• Manage and schedule pump attendants, cashiers, and cleaners.

• Address customer queries and complaints.

• Ensure fast and courteous service at fuel dispensing and billing counters.
  

Inventory & Stock Monitoring

• Monitor and record daily fuel stock (petrol, diesel, etc.).

• Track and report lubricant/oil stock and other station supplies.

Sales & Cash Handling

• Verify daily sales reports and cash collection.

• Deposit cash to bank or coordinate with cash pick-up.

• Prevent fuel theft and misuse.
  

Maintenance & Cleanliness

• Ensure cleanliness of the pump premises.

• Check pump machines, nozzles, air/water stations for working condition.

• Coordinate repairs and service as required.
  

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure fire safety equipment is available and functional.

• Conduct periodic safety drills.

• Follow government and company compliance rules.
  

Reporting & Communication

• Maintain daily sales, expense, and stock reports.

• Report issues to management
