JD For Accounts-cum-store executive

We are looking for dedicated experienced Accounts –cum Store Executive join our team, who have good exposure in Accounting, Inventory control, quality control and other financial reporting.

(I)        Scope of working

Inventory Control

·         Monitoring and Maintaining Inwards Inventory

·         Checking of inventory Record Management

·         Warehouse Team Coordination

·         Stocktaking and Audits

·         Identifying and Resolving Discrepancies:

·         Reporting and Analysis

·         Loss Prevention

Coordination with Accounts Payable

Preparation of PO & control PO master

Follow up internal control process

Scrutiny of bills according to defined process.

Any discrepancies to be reported to Accounts department

Coordination with departments to understand the requirement and

 (II)      Other Skills

Hand on expertise in MS excel, good analytical skills, and good communication skills.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with other departments to follow the process and support cross-functional initiatives.

Minimum qualification: B Com or equivalent with five years or more experience

Salary: No constraints to deserving candidates.
