Prepare and Review Financial Statements
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, etc.).

Lead Internal and External Audits
Coordinate audit processes and ensure timely completion.

Tax Planning and Compliance
Prepare and file returns for GST, TDS, and income tax; ensure tax compliance.

 Supervise Accounting Staff
Guide junior accountants, assign work, and review their output.

Maintain General Ledger
Oversee ledger activities, including reconciliations and corrections.

Client Communication and Reporting
Interact with clients regularly for updates, clarifications, and reporting.

Financial Analysis and MIS Reporting
Analyze trends, variances, and submit reports to partners/clients.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment
Conduct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or investment.

Budgeting and Forecasting
Help clients or the firm with budget planning and cash flow forecasting.

Regulatory Compliance
Keep records and reports compliant with ICAI, SEBI, RBI, MCA, etc.

Audit Documentation and Work Papers
Maintain audit files, checklists, working papers in order.

Internal Control Evaluation
Assess and suggest improvements for internal financial controls.

Handle Statutory Audit Assignments
Conduct and manage statutory audits for companies and LLPs.

Participate in Tax Assessments/Notices
Respond to notices, attend hearings with Income Tax, GST officials.

Software Implementation/Management
Use and help implement accounting software like Tally, Busy, Zoho, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS/IFRS)

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and audit tools

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Leadership and team management abilities

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Time management and multitasking

• Detail-oriented approach

• Knowledge of ROC and compliance under Companies Act

• Exposure to GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other indirect taxes

·         Audit procedures – statutory, internal, and tax audits

·         ERP/accounting software proficiency

·         ICAI regulations and audit quality norms

Office Timing : 9.45 AM-6.45 PM / Sunday Week-Off
