We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting principles and practical exposure gained through articleship. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting, while also mentoring junior accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Financial Management

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations.

  • Prepare and finalize financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.

• Taxation & Statutory Compliance

  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax returns, and other statutory filings.

  • Assist in statutory and internal audits.

  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.

• Budgeting & MIS Reporting

  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.

  • Generate and analyze MIS reports for management decision-making.

  • Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives.

• Team Support & Coordination

  • Supervise and guide junior accountants.

  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks.

  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / SAP / any accounting software.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS reporting tools).

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Good communication and team management skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter.

• Professional Experience:

  • Completed Articleship with a reputed CA firm.

  • 3–5 years of post-articleship experience in accounting and taxation.
