Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Manager to lead and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage accounting functions, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide financial insights to support business decision-making. This role demands strong leadership skills, excellent analytical capabilities, and proficiency in financial software and tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

·         Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

·         Monitor cash flow, ensuring adequate funds for operational requirements.

·         Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances).

·         Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders during audits and inspections.

·         Manage and mentor the accounts team to maintain high standards of performance.

·         Conduct periodic training sessions for the team on updated accounting practices and tools.

·         Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

·         Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance.

·         Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

·         Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Skills Set:

·         Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·         Proficiency in accounting software (Tally & MS Excel).

·         Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong communication and leadership abilities.

·         Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
