We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on expertise in Busy Accounting Software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely reporting. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain books of accounts using Busy software.

Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Reconcile bank statements and other ledger accounts.

Prepare GST returns, TDS returns, and assist in statutory filings.

Generate financial reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, etc.

Assist in internal and external audits.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Monitor inventory and stock reports (if applicable).

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

2+ years of experience working with Busy Accounting Software.

Good knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation (GST, TDS).

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
