We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing based on client needs
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client needs are met
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to deliver effective solutions
Monitor account performance, generate regular reports, and suggest improvements
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
