Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive (ERPNext / SAP Experience Preferred)

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate accounting records in ERPNext or SAP

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ledgers, and reports

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, GST filings, and bank reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations (TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc.)

• Coordinate with internal departments for billing, costing, and purchase invoice reconciliation

• Handle monthly closing activities, audit preparations, and financial reporting

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Train junior accountants and ensure accurate documentation

Required Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience

• Prior hands-on experience with ERPNext or SAP is preferred

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards

• Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and digital accounting systems

Preferred Qualities:

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience in a manufacturing, trading, or building materials industry is a plus
