Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Finalize books of accounts, prepare balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow statements.
Handle TDS, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances independently.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers.
Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Maintain and monitor budgets and forecasts.
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other returns.
Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Manage payroll processing and related statutory payments (PF, ESI, etc.).
Liaise with external consultants, banks, and financial institutions when required.
