Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations at our Gurgaon (Sector 38) office. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of TDS, GST, bank reconciliations, invoicing, purchase orders, and overall accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily accounting records (journal entries, ledgers, etc.)

• Prepare and file GST returns and manage compliance

• Handle TDS deduction, deposit, and return filing

• Perform bank reconciliations regularly

• Create and process invoices, bills, and purchase orders (POs)

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities

• Maintain accurate financial records and reports

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding payment status

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Assist in audits and financial reviews when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field

• 1 to 4 years of experience in accounting roles

• Good knowledge of TDS, GST,INCOME TAX and general accounting standards

• Hands-on experience in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Busy/Zoho or similar)

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills
