Amrit Auto Ancillaries & Company is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely compliance with company and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounts, GST, TDS, and basic financial reporting.
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP (Sales, Purchase, Journal, Payment, Receipt, Contra etc.).
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Prepare and manage vendor bills, invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Handle GST-related activities such as monthly input/output reconciliation and return preparation support.
Assist in TDS calculation, deduction, filing coordination, and record maintenance.
Support month-end closing activities and assist in preparing financial reports.
Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors whenever required.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements and company financial policies.
