The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records

• Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs), verify vendor invoices, and track project-based expenses

• Handle project budgeting, cost tracking, and reconciliation of site-wise expenditures

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and income tax filings

• Finalize accounts and generate financial reports for management review

• Supervise junior accounting staff and coordinate with project teams for financial planning

• Conduct regular vendor reconciliation and ensure timely payments

• Liaise with auditors and prepare audit documentation

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Excel for reporting and analysis

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
