Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-end closings
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany transactions
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular reconciliations
• Assist with audits and compliance-related activities
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other tax filings
• Use accounting software Tally and ERP (preferably Odoo) for daily transactions and reporting

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing setup
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred:
• Experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of local tax laws and compliance procedures
