Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist to join our dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and must ensure a smooth and professional experience at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism

- Manage patient appointments and schedule follow-ups

- Maintain patient records and billing details

- Handle incoming calls, messages, and queries

- Coordinate with the dental team for smooth operations

- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a dental or healthcare clinic preferred

- Basic knowledge of computers and appointment software

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and stay organized

- Fluent in English and local language

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Preferred: Female candidates with relevant experience
