🧾 Position: Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the stipend processing of 2000+ candidates monthly

Maintain MIS and monthly payroll reports

Manage documentation, contract letters, and onboarding formalities

Oversee the invoice generation and processing

Ensure proper data management and record keeping

Conduct end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and background checks

Regularly update job postings and recruitment databases

✅ Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduate (Any stream)

0 – 1 year of experience in payroll, recruitment, or admin

Good knowledge of resume databases, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Good judgment and decision-making ability

Willing to work 6 days a week
