Job Title: Payroll Manager (PF & ESI Focus)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Payroll Manager who has strong experience in handling PF and ESI processes. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Provident Fund and ESI-related work, along with overall payroll responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees.

Handle complete PF and ESI• processes, including:

• New employee registration

• Monthly contributions

• Filing returns

• Resolving employee PF/ESI issues

• Ensure compliance with government rules and timelines related to PF & ESI.

• Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data.

• Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments to ensure smooth salary processing.

• Prepare payroll reports and statutory documents.

• Handle employee queries related to salary, PF, and ESI.

• Keep up to date with changes in PF and ESI laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum •2 years of experience•• in handling PF and ESI.

Good understanding of •EPFO and ESIC portal•• usage.

Knowledge of •payroll software•• and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field (preferred).

Work Environment:

• Office-based role

• Regular working hours, with some extended hours during payroll closing periods
