Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and maintain all financial data and reports related to Booking, Payouts, Pay-ins, Incentives, Profitability, Accounting, Expenses, and GST compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial systems, advanced Excel skills, and experience in handling large volumes of data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking & Pay-in / Payout Management:

  • Maintain and reconcile records of customer bookings and vendor payouts.

  • Monitor incoming payments (Pay-ins) and ensure timely disbursement of payouts.

  • Coordinate with the operations and finance team to ensure accuracy in financial entries.

• Incentive & Profit Reporting:

  • Calculate, validate, and release incentive reports for internal staff and external partners.

  • Generate profit reports by consolidating revenue, cost, and overhead data.

  • Provide weekly/monthly profitability summaries by department or business unit.

• Accounting & Expense Tracking:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in financial software or Excel.

  • Track company expenses across departments and reconcile with budgets.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly expense reports for management.

• GST Compliance:

  • Assist in preparation and reconciliation of GST data.

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns.

  • Maintain GST records and documentation as per regulatory norms.

• MIS Reporting & Data Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain MIS reports as per business requirements.

  • Analyze financial trends and variances to support business decision-making.

  • Automate reporting processes using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and GST regulations

• Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)

• Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or other accounting software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Excellent communication and reporting skills
