We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior  Accounts Manager at our Mumbai Head Office (Bandra).

📌 Role: Senior Manager Accounts

📍 Location: On-site – Mumbai (Bandra)

🔹 Work Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Finalization of Balance Sheet and preparation of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements

Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings

Handle internal and statutory audits; coordinate with auditors and consultants

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Supervise daily accounting operations and book closures

Oversee cash flow, fund management, and banking operations

Prepare MIS reports and support cost control initiatives

Improve internal financial controls and documentation practices

Travel to other branches as needed for financial coordination

🎓 Education & Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Intern

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience post-completion of CA preferred

Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and audit processes

Proficiency in Tally, ERP preferably Business Central or Navision, and Advance Excel

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience in retail or consumer electronics is an added advantage

Proficient in MIS Reporting.
