Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the organization’s financial operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers.

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing in compliance with statutory regulations.

• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

• Monitor financial transactions and audit financial documents.

• Support external audits and liaise with auditors as needed.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data.

• Suggest improvements in financial processes and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA is a plus).

• 2-4 years of accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books).

• Excellent Excel skills and general computer literacy.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, or service industry].

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Experience with financial audits or internal controls.
