We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day financial transactions and help ensure the smooth operation of our accounting processes.

• Makes Entry in Bank Book & Ledger Book,

• Makes Creditors List with the help of Site team

• Prepare Petty cash summary

• Prepare TDS List

• Issue and prepare invoices.

• Co-ordinate with Bank regarding balance.

• Prepare Sale / Purchase Summary

• Track and monitor accounts payable

• Handles the month-end and year-end closing process.

• Take Ledgers from Debtors & Creditors

• Check Invoices as per Purchase order

• Assists senior accountants with all financial operations

• Going to bank work as and when require

• As needed, assist with other accounting projects

• Assist other departments such as HR and Marketing with reviewing of expenses

Requirements:

• Maintain and update the Bank Book & Ledger Book.

• Prepare a Creditors List in coordination with the site team.

• Compile and summarize petty cash transactions.

• Prepare and maintain TDS lists.

• Generate and issue invoices accurately.

• Coordinate with banks regarding account balances and related queries.

• Prepare sales and purchase summaries.

• Track and monitor accounts payable to ensure timely payments.

• Manage the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

• Reconcile ledgers for debtors and creditors.

• Verify invoices against purchase orders for accuracy.

• Assist senior accountants in financial operations and reporting.

• Handle banking tasks as and when required.

• Provide support for other accounting projects as needed.

• Collaborate with other departments such as HR and Marketing to review expenses.

Eligibility :

• Minimum 1 year of experience required.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a must.

• Proficiency in Tally and finance skills is essential.

• Preferred Candidates: Female candidates only.

• Bonus Points: Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
