Daily tasks:

a. Generate a GRN report, follow up with stores and AOMs to ensure that GRNs are closed within 24hrs of the delivery

b. Collate and escalate all anomalies by connecting SCM and store operations

c. Check on daily inventories of limited SKUs, ensure that it is done at all locations – escalate non-compliance and drive discipline

d. Run a daily COGS report for 10 stores and check:

          i.       Accurate flow of sales data

          ii.        Accurate capture of recipes and raw materials

          iii.        Generate a perpetual/ideal COGS report for the 10 stores

         iv.        Circulate a variance report of the limited SKUs (ideal vs actual)

Weekly Tasks:

a. Track and record:

       i. GRN completion %

       ii. Limited SKU Variance at a week’s level

       iii. Ideal COGS for the week for all stores

Monthly Tasks:

a. Ensure that inventories are accurately recorded in stipulated time

b. Flag errors in inventories, escalate to AOMs and resolve with SCM

c. Hygiene of all recipes – SAP codes to be checked on POS and SN

d. Hygiene raw materials list on SN such that there are no SKUs present that are not being used at stores – build consistency in the standard inventory sheet

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

a. Ensure recipe mapping is done for any new items being launched, including new bundling of existing items in case of combos

b. Visit stores where there are repeated anomalies/high variances

     i. Identify the root cause and resolve issues

     ii. Involve training where there is an identified gap
