Maintain accurate books of accounts (journals, ledgers, and financial statements).
Handle daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions.
Prepare and review bank reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and payment processing.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare and submit GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as required.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions as needed.
Maintain financial documents and ensure proper filing and record-keeping.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
1–3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Familiarity with tax regulations, GST, and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
