JD for Finance Executive for Automobile Dealer:
• Attending every enquiry where customer wants to take car on loan
• Solving queries of customers regarding finance
• Follow up with customer for completion of documents
• Daily follow up with banker for approval of files
• Giving daily MIS to finance manager of each every status of customers
• Follow up on every booking of customer
• Preparing sales report
• Submission of post disbursal documents such as registration numbers and insurance
Helping finance manager for achieving target of finance department
2) Developing and Maintaining Relationship:
• Developing and maintaining good relationship and rapport with all the employees.
• Immediate resolution of employee complaints, dis-satisfaction and grievances for internal healthy work environment and harmony amongst the employees.
• Observe discipline, Follow flowchart and all the processes religiously.
3) Adherence to SOP
Adherence to SOP will reflect in the following areas
• Maintain cleanliness and Hygienic condition, healthy environment in the workplace.
• Highest staff satisfaction in terms of workload and working environment by proper manpower utilization.
• Target Achievement of maximum employee retention @90%.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting as per the format.
