Objective: Manage financial planning, pricing, and cost control for projects, trading & services.
Reports To: Founder / Senior Management
Core Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (20%) – Prepare P&L, cash flow, budgets, forecasts & identify cost savings.
Price List & Quotation Management (20%) – Define & update pricing for projects, trading, AMC, refilling, training & ensure profitability.
Pricing & Offer Design (15%) – Create offers/discounts, calculate margins, design client-specific pricing.
Sales & Revenue Analysis (10%) – Track revenue, outstanding payments, client credit, and sales growth.
Accounting & Compliance (10%) – Maintain records, GST/TDS compliance, audits, reconciliations.
Payroll & Salary Structuring (10%) – Design salary structures, process payroll, handle incentives & statutory compliance.
Software & Data Management (10%) – Work on Tally/Zoho/Excel, automate reports, maintain dashboards.
Business Strategy Support (5%) – Provide financial insights, vendor cost control, risk identification & solutions.
