Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing financial reports and analyzing data to support decision-making.

• Budget Management: Collaborate in developing, monitoring, and revising budgets for various campaigns and projects.

• Expense Tracking: Manage expense reports and ensure they are recorded accurately.

• Invoice Processing: Assist with client billing, tracking payments, and coordinating with vendors.

• Tax Documentation: Support in preparing and organizing tax-related documents.

• Market Research: Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on cost-saving and revenue-enhancing opportunities.

• Audit Assistance: Help with internal audits and maintaining financial compliance records.

• Other Tasks: Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Preferred: Familiarity with financial software and tools such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books.
