Job Title: Finance Manager – Pre-Owned Cars (Luxury, Premium & Mid-Range)

Location: Jolly Motors, Ahmedabad

Department: Car Finance Division

Reporting To: Director

Job Objective:

To manage and grow the vehicle finance division by coordinating with banks, NBFCs, and DSA partners to offer seamless and competitive finance solutions for pre-owned luxury, premium, and mid-range car buyers, ensuring faster disbursals and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Finance Operations:

Handle customer finance documentation for used car loans – from file login to disbursal.

Ensure timely coordination between sales team, customer, and finance company.

Offer finance options tailored to customer segment (luxury/premium/mid-range).

Monitor turnaround time (TAT) for loan approval and disbursal.

2. Bank & NBFC Relations:

Build and maintain strong relations with bank/NBFC managers and executives.

Negotiate for best interest rates, maximum loan amount, and lowest processing fees.

Empanel new finance partners for better finance availability.

3. DSA and Agent Management:

Manage and grow a network of DSAs and freelance loan agents.

Regularly follow up on their leads, performance, and pay-outs.

4. Sales Support:

Support sales team with finance eligibility checks and pre-approvals.

Coordinate finance schemes and offers for promotional events or showroom sales.

5. Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure full compliance with KYC norms, loan documentation, and finance company requirements.

Track and record all disbursal data in ERP or internal CRM systems.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 4–7 years of experience in vehicle loan processing (used car finance preferred).

Strong network of banks and NBFCs operating in Gujarat.

Understanding of car loan eligibility norms and documentation.

Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Knowledge of CRM/ERP software and MS Office.

Salary: Based on experience + Incentives + Performance Bonus
