Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy in bookkeeping, and support compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance processes within an NBFC or lending organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable management.

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

• Process invoices, expense claims, and vendor payments.

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

• Monitor loan disbursement and repayment entries in accounting software.

• Support management with financial data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).

• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in an NBFC or financial company).

• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.

• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in loan accounting or reconciliation.

• Working knowledge of financial compliance and audits.

• Certification in Accounting or Finance (CA Inter, CMA, etc.) is an advantage.
