Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and assisting in overall financial management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, MIS, and reconciliations (bank, vendor, and customer accounts).

• Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash management.

• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliance.

• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Coordinate with internal departments for invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and financial clarifications.

• Assist with audits (internal and external) by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• Maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Skills & Competencies:

✅ Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Tally/ERP/MS Excel proficiency preferred).
✅ Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
✅ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance roles (preferably in [industry]).
