Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead and oversee the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic financial planning, accurate reporting, compliance, and financial controls while leading a high-performing finance team. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finance & Accounts team and manage day-to-day accounting operations.

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, GST, TDS, and other financial requirements.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.

• Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls and procedures.

• Support strategic planning and business decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

• Manage working capital, cash flow, and treasury functions.

• Oversee payroll, vendor payments, receivables, and reconciliations.

• Continuously improve systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.

• Mentor, develop, and evaluate team members to build a strong finance function.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Preferably CA -Inter / CMA-Inter, ICW

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience,

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

• Proficient in financial software such as Tally in Particular / ERP systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Preferred:

Experience in [Jewellery / Retail /FMCG / etc.]

Experience in handling investor reporting.
