Account Executive – Job Responsibilities
Perform standard accounting tasks including, but not limited to, payments processing, billing, and payment reconciliations.
Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi, including professional email writing and client communication.
Review and analyze claims and supporting documents to ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions.
Coordinate with customers/policyholders, service centers, and internal accounting teams to ensure timely resolution of queries and smooth workflow.
Utilize Excel and data analytics tools for reporting, data management, and financial analysis.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies through prompt communication via phone, email, and other channels.
