Role Overview
The ERP/MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s ERP system and ensuring timely generation of MIS reports. The role involves data management, system support, report creation, troubleshooting, and coordination between departments to streamline business processes through ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. ERP System Management
Handle day-to-day ERP system operations (user management, module handling, data entry monitoring).
Coordinate with ERP vendors/IT team for customization, updates, and troubleshooting.
Ensure smooth functioning of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, etc.).
Provide ERP training and support to end-users.
2. MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Extract, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights for decision-making.
Automate reports and dashboards for different business units.
Monitor accuracy and consistency of data across systems.
3. Data Management & Compliance
Ensure timely and accurate entry of data in ERP.
Maintain data integrity, security, and backup.
Assist in audits and compliance checks through ERP/MIS reports.
4. Process Improvement
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements through ERP utilization.
Work with cross-functional teams to digitize manual reports.
Implement best practices for data and reporting efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally ERP, Odoo, or others as per company).
Proficiency in MS Excel / Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred).
Knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Tableau (added advantage).
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle data confidentiality and accuracy.

Educational Qualification & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce / IT / Computer Science / Business Administration or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in ERP/MIS role (fresher with strong MIS/Excel skills may be considered).
Prior exposure to ERP implementation/support preferred.
