Key Responsibilities:
Monitor end-to-end movement of shipments and vehicles in real-time.
Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries. Track deviations or delays and take immediate action to resolve issues.
Update shipment status and relevant data in the system accurately.
Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with stakeholders.
Escalate critical issues to the Control Tower Manager or Operations Supervisor promptly.
Assist in maintaining records and documentation as per company policies.
Provide basic customer support by coordinating delivery status information. Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
