Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet clients with professionalism and warmth.
Manage client check-in/check-out processes.
Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments using salon software.
Handle billing, prepare invoices, process cash/card/UPI payments.
Maintain daily cash register and reconcile transactions at day-end.
Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in queries promptly.
Maintain client records and ensure proper follow-up for appointments/packages.
Coordinate with stylists, beauticians, and other staff for smooth service flow.
Manage reception area to keep it neat, professional, and welcoming.
Upsell salon services, memberships, and retail products.
Handle customer complaints politely and escalate if necessary.
