Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately and on time.

• Verify sales orders, delivery challans, and purchase orders before billing.

• Maintain and update billing records in the system (ERP/Tally/Excel).

• Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related entries in invoices.

• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for billing-related queries.

• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments.

• Reconcile billing data with accounts receivable.

• Maintain proper filing of bills, receipts, and other financial documents.

• Assist in preparing monthly billing and collection reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of billing procedures and accounting basics.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP / MS Excel / MS Office.
