About the Role
We are urgently hiring Telecallers for the Collections Process of a leading NBFC – IDFC. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, educating them about repayment options, and ensuring timely collections.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in telecalling, collections, or customer support, as well as freshers with strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers in the assigned regional language.
Follow up on pending EMIs and loan repayments.
Educate customers about payment deadlines and late fee implications.
Record customer responses and update CRM systems accurately.
Meet daily/weekly collection targets.
Coordinate with the internal recovery team as required.
Skills & Requirements
✅ Proficiency in any one regional language: Kannada / Telugu / Tamil (basic English communication required).
✅ Strong listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
✅ Prior experience in telecalling, collections, or customer support preferred.
✅ Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
✅ Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (PUC) or Graduation.
✅ Age Limit: 18 – 28 years.
Work Environment
📍 Location: Bangalore (On-Site)
🕒 Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Saturday
🎓 Training: On-the-job training provided
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
