Job Title: Field Executive – Collections

Salary: 13000to 16000 NTH + Rs. 3,000 Travel Allowance + Monthly Incentives

Experience: 6 months to 1 year (preferred)

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

 Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Field Executive to join our collections team. The ideal candidate will handle on-ground collection activities, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure timely and accurate recoveries. This position includes a competitive salary package along with attractive monthly incentives based on collection performance.

 Key Responsibilities:

·       Visit assigned customers daily to recover pending dues (minimum 15 visits/day).

·       Ensure timely and accurate cash or digital collections.

·       Maintain daily records of collection activities and update reports.

·       Resolve customer queries and issues related to payments.

·       Build strong rapport with customers to ensure smooth recoveries.

·       Follow company policies and ethical practices during recovery.

Coverage Area: Field cases will be assigned within a 40 km radius only, ensuring manageable travel and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

·       Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

·       6 months to 1 year of field collections experience (preferred).

·       Must own a smartphone and be able to use apps (for reporting/collection tracking).

·       Willingness to travel within the assigned area (max 40 km).

·       Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
