Join our team as a Collection Executive, where you’ll be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This role offers a salary between ₹14,000 – ₹20,000, along with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with customers to understand and record grievances

• Collect feedback and add repayment clauses where applicable

• Update and communicate grace periods if provided

• Track payment status and follow up with customers as needed

• Ensure all follow-ups and communications are properly documented

• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in collections or finance

• Strong numerical and attention-to-detail skills

• Must be familiar with tracking tools or systems to monitor payment status and customer interactions
