Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support:Handling general office tasks like typing, filing, scanning, and organizing documents. 

• Record-Keeping:Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems, both paper-based and electronic. 

• Communication:Managing phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries, and taking messages. 

• Data Management:Inputting data into spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
