Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting

Build financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities.

Monitor budgets, expenses, and variances; recommend cost optimization strategies.

Provide insights on revenue trends, profitability, and financial risks.

Support investment planning, fundraising, and strategic projects.

Prepare management reports and dashboards for leadership.

Collaborate with accounts, operations, and sales teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Assist in audits, compliance, and month-end closing.

Requirements

MBA in Finance (mandatory)

3–5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.

Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software/tools.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
