Chartered Accountant (CA) or an MBA in Finance with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join our Group Corporate Finance team.

Role Highlights:

Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

Department: Group Corporate Finance

Reporting to: Head – Corporate Finance

Location: Arena Space, 901, Jogeshwari - Vikhroli Link Rd, Jogeshwari East, Mumbai, MH

Key Responsibilities

• Independently assess potential M&A opportunities, covering the full deal lifecycle from initial evaluation to post-integration activities.

• Manage various strategic projects for the group such as capital raise, group restructuring, greenfield projects or any other capital market related activities.

• Create communication decks for internal and external stakeholders (For eg: Investor presentations, MD&A, Board presentations, Annual reports, press releases, etc.)

• Analysing the performance of each group company and develop a strategy for improvement.

• Performing any other tasks such as competitor benchmarking, market research, etc.

Key Skills Required:

• Candidates with a background in manufacturing and M&A will be preferred.

• Strong analytical and research skills to interpret complex data.

• Proficient in Excel with expertise in financial modelling, valuation techniques (e.g. DCF), and key analytical tools.

• Exceptional Presentation Skills: Ability to create clear, impactful presentations.

• Finance background with good knowledge of accounting, along with the ability to read, interpret, and form a view on company financials.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for summarizing potential opportunities and presenting findings.

Qualifications: A qualified CA / MBA (Finance) with 3-5 years of experience
