Job Summary:

We are hiring a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to support our finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have completed CA Inter and bring strong foundational knowledge in accounting, taxation, and compliance. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting and smooth internal financial operations in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Handle general accounting functions including ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.

• Support GST, TDS, and income tax return filings and compliance.

• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

• Assist with inventory accounting, vendor payments, and expense management.

• Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure timely compliance with applicable laws.

• Support the management with MIS reports, budgets, and cost analysis.

• Coordinate with various departments to track financial data and streamline accounting processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Completed CA Intermediate (IPCC or Inter) – both groups preferred.

• 2.5 to 3 years of article-ship or relevant industry experience.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and basic financial analysis.

• Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and familiarity with accounting tools/software.

• Experience in a healthcare or service industry is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
