Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Chartered Accountant with multi-industry exposure to manage complete finance, accounts, compliance, taxation, audits and strategic financial planning across diversified business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
Manage •end-to-end accounting••, monthly closing, P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow.
Ensure •project-wise accounting•• for construction & road infrastructure projects, including WIP, cost allocation & profitability tracking.
Handle •revenue recognition•• for IT service and subscription-based projects as per Ind-AS/IFRS.
Prepare & review •MIS, budgeting, variance analysis, CMA data•• and board-level financial reports.
2. Taxation & Compliance
Manage •GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, PF/ESI compliance•• for multi-entity operations.
Handle •international taxation, transfer pricing, FEMA/FDI reporting, 15CA/CB••, and import of software services under RCM.
Ensure compliance with •RERA, NHAI, Works Contract GST, Labor Cess••, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with statutory bodies and ensure timely •statutory & tax audits••.
3. Audit, Internal Controls & Risk Management
Lead •internal, statutory, tax, stock & external audits•• across business units.
Implement strong •internal controls, SOPs, financial policies•• and risk management frameworks.
Conduct •internal audit reviews•• of cost centers, site operations, IT expenses, toll collections, and asset utilization.
4. Project Finance, Costing & Fund Management
Oversee •project costing, BOQ financials, contractor/vendor billing & approvals••.
Experience in •infra financial models – EPC, HAM, BOT, Toll•• and concession accounting preferred.
Manage •banking, fund planning, BG/LC, escrow accounts, toll revenue reconciliation••, and cash flow forecasting.
Cost optimization across •construction sites, IT infra, cloud & software licenses••.
5. Vendor, Contractor & Client Finance Coordination
Validate •RA bills, variation claims, VO, escalation bills•• for construction & road projects.
Manage •invoicing, collections, vendor payments, employee payroll & reimbursement••, and financial due diligence for IT clients.
Support management in •pricing strategies, tender financials, proposals & investor reporting••.

Skills & Qualifications
• CA qualification mandatory
• 2–8 years of experience across any of the following:
✅ Construction/Infrastructure Accounting
✅ IT/Software/SaaS Finance
✅ Audit & Assurance (CA Firm)
Strong knowledge of •Ind-AS, IFRS, GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, RERA & NHAI norms••
Hands-on experience in •Tally / SAP / ERP / Oracle / Zoho / QuickBooks••
• Strong analytical, leadership, MIS reporting & stakeholder communication skills
