Job Title: Dispatch & Billing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Dispatch & Billing Executive who is proficient in GABA Software and Tally ERP, and can efficiently manage the end-to-end billing, dispatch documentation, and coordination with internal departments and customers. The candidate should have a strong understanding of billing processes, dispatch protocols, and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and generate sales invoices using GABA Software and ensure timely billing as per dispatch schedule.

Enter and manage accounting data in Tally ERP, including invoice entries, customer ledgers, and sales records.

Coordinate with the production, stores, and logistics teams to schedule dispatches.

Ensure proper documentation for dispatches (e.g., delivery challans, e-way bills, invoices, packing lists).

Ensure accuracy in GST implementation during billing (IGST/CGST-SGST).

Maintain up-to-date records of dispatches, invoices, transport details, and acknowledgment receipts.

Communicate with transporters and customers for smooth and timely deliveries.

Assist the Accounts team with sales reconciliation, ledger matching, and reports.

Handle customer queries related to billing or dispatch issues professionally.

Ensure timely submission of dispatch and billing reports to management.

🛠️ Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with GABA Software (Dispatch/Billing modules).

Proficiency in Tally ERP (Sales Invoicing, GST entries, Ledger management).

Understanding of dispatch documentation and logistics processes.

Good knowledge of GST and e-Way Bill generation.

Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.

✅ Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com) or relevant field.

Certification in Tally or ERP billing will be an added advantage.
