Job Title: Billing Executive
Location: Dwarka sector-8
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Billing / Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices accurately and on time.

• Ensure all billing data is correct as per client contracts and service agreements.

• Coordinate with the operations and accounts team to collect required billing inputs.

• Handle freight invoices, transport billing, and other logistics-related documentation.

• Maintain and update billing records in ERP / accounting software.

• Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, credit notes, and payments.

• Follow up with clients and internal departments for billing-related queries.

• Assist in monthly closing and reconciliation of accounts receivable.

• Prepare billing reports and share with management as required.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of billing processes in logistics / accounts.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP, etc.).

• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure.

Qualification:

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or equivalent.
