4.      Dispatch:

o    Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics or warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.

o    Delivery Tracking: Track and provide customers with updates on their delivery status.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions, communications, and customer interactions.

• Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify trends or issues.

• Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
